Discipline

The word "discipline" typically refers to some sense of punishment. Here as St. Andrew we believe in guiding our children to make appropriate choices and become responsible individuals. Our Catholic faith teaches us to treat everyone in a loving, respectful manner, as Jesus did. As educators we act as facilitators of the children in our class and are capable of anticipating most problems that occur. Therefore, we re-direct children into other activities and use developmentally appropriate consequences when discussing their behavior. In the event that further involvement is necessary, parents will be notified.

Accreditation

St. Andrew Catholic School is fully accredited by the Florida Catholic Conference and is a member of the National Catholic Education Association and Broward County Non-Public School Association.

St. Andrew Catholic School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin in the administration of its educational, admission, scholarship or employment policies, nor any other programs administered by the school.
