Conceptual Framework:

SPRINGBOARD is St. Andrew Catholic School's exceptional student education program. This program is being implemented to meet the needs of learners in all the areas of growth (intellectual, spiritual, social, emotional, psychological) with the aim of assisting him/her to achieve his/her greatest potential. Academic enrichment and developmentally appropriate interventions to specific learning needs will be made available to the student with special needs. The goal is to "move the learner forward/upward" to a level of success and achievement that will build his/her confidence and develop in him/her a genuine motivation to be a life-long learner. All kinds of learners will be assisted to discover their own gifts as they are trained and guided to become Christ-like, others centered, goal-oriented, responsible and productive members of society.

In collaboration with the entire SACS learning community (students, parents, teachers, specialists, administration, clergy and staff), all kinds of learners will experience success in a loving, Christ-centered environment through the sharing of ones time, talent and treasure.
